Quick mushroom soup
Ingredients:
Raw champignons
6pic
Onion
50 gr
Water
500 ml
Greenery
3 twigs
Feta cheese
200 gr
Garlik
1 clove
Salt and spices
to taste
Cooking method:
Fry the onion, dill branch and garlic
Cut the mushrooms and pour all the water. Cook for about 7 minutes
Pull out the onion, dill branch and garlic
Add the EKO beans in Serbian style, let them boil
Pour into a plate, add grated feta cheese (or tofu), herbs
The soup is ready!
