500 grams
Bulb onions
1 pc
White croutons
200 g
Green onions
For decoration
Cooking method:
Place half a can of EKO white and red beans on a strainer
Finely chop the onion, slice the mushrooms with sliders
Fry in vegetable or olive oil in a pan until golden brown
Mix all ingredients
Serve warm, sprinkled with green onions and fried white croutons
