Chicken curry with tomato paste
Ingredients:
Curry
3 tsp
Chicken breast
2 pc
Bulb onions
1 pc
Garlic
2 cloves
Cooking method:
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in oil until golden brown.
Stir curry with tomato paste.
Add the mixture to the garlic bunch and fry for 2 minutes.
Cut the breast into 1-inch pieces and place in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
Add water, salt and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with a side dish to taste.
