Cooking method:
Salt and pepper the minced meat, fry with onions until tender.
Fry the cakes in a pan on both sides (5-7 minutes), then fold each in half.
Finely chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and parsley, gently break the salad with your hands into small pieces.
Mix chopped vegetables and herbs with beans, salt.
Put in each cake 2 tbsp. l. minced meat and vegetable mixture - the dish is ready.
