Mint green pea pate
Ingredients:
Avocado
1 pc
Mint
Handful of leaves
Juice
1/2 lemon
Salt
Taste
Cooking method:
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into slices, throw into the blender bowl.
Add green peas, salt to taste, mint leaves, lemon juice and puree.
Decorate with herbs and serve with crackers or biscuits.
