Bulgur with champignons
Ingredients:
Bulgur
1 glass
Bulb onions
2 medium onions
Water
2 glasses
Vegetable oil
80 ml
Salt, spices
Taste
Greens
For decoration
Cooking method:
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. add champignons. Fry lightly.
Add bulgur, mix thoroughly.
Cover with water, add salt and spices.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with herbs before serving.
